PORTLAND, Tenn. (WKRN) — At least one person is dead following a crash in Portland on Friday night, according to law enforcement.
The Sumner County Sheriff’s Office said the crash took place near Academy Road and State Route 109. A spokesperson for the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) told News 2 at least one person died.
Troopers with the THP were at the scene investigating the cause of the crash.
No additional information was immediately released as that investigation continues.
