MADISON, Tenn. (WKRN) — Nashville authorities are searching for a man believed to be connected to a deadly shooting that occurred outside of a Madison home earlier this month.
The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) said officers were sent to the 100 block of Harrington Avenue just after 9 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15 to respond to a shooting.
Authorities reported Jerome Gordon, 36, was found near a fence in the backyard with gunshot wound to the head.
Gordon was reportedly taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
According to police, the location where Gordan was shot is a “condemned residence with unhoused individuals living behind it.”
On Tuesday, Dec. 31, officers announced that a criminal homicide warrant had been issued for 58-year-old Brian Hardy.
Officials said Hardy is believed to be “homeless and may be riding an orange bike.”
