OVERTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Multiple people were shot in Overton County Friday morning.
A large law enforcement presence of officers and deputies have responded to Airport Road.
According to District Attorney General Bryant Dunaway, at least two people have been shot. Their conditions are not known.
Officers pursued the suspect’s vehicle to Interstate 40 in Roane County where a standoff situation is underway. I-40 is completely closed to traffic in the area.
