MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Mt. Juliet Police Department arrested a Nashville man who had been wanted since June 2024.
In a social media post, police said the arrest was made following a traffic stop for following too closely. Upon further investigation, the 43-year-old man Nashville man had been wanted since June 2024 for failing to appear in court for an assault on a first responder charge.
Authorities added the man also had warrants for public intoxication and resisting arrest. At the time of the traffic stop, Mt. Juliet police said he was also driving on a suspended license.
