NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Investigators discovered a significant amount of drugs in North Nashville during the arrest of a man wanted on several grand jury indictments, according to Metro police.
According to reports, officers with the Metro Police TITANS unit conducted the arrest of 33-year-old Trent Hull on Tuesday.
Detectives reportedly located Hull’s Dodge Ram picking up a man at an apartment complex near West Trinity Lane and Free Silver Road. Authorities said the man got into the vehicle and exited shortly after.
Continuing their surveillance, officers followed the Dodge for a short time before conducting a traffic stop on the vehicle.
During a search of Hull and the truck, officers reportedly found $1,420 in cash and large bags containing a total of 1,372 grams of methamphetamine. Authorities said Hull had seven outstanding grand jury indictments at the time of his arrest.
Hull was arrested and booked into Metro Jail on a $600,000 bond.
