NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man was hit by a train in Madison early Friday morning.
The crash happened near West Due West Avenue and Gibson Drive around 5:15 a.m.
According to Metro police, a man was walking near the train tracks when he was sideswiped by the ladder of the train as it passed.
The man was taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center for treatment of a broken arm. He is expected to survive.
No additional information was released.
