WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A former Williamson County realtor received the maximum possible sentence for a 2022 rape, according to 21st district attorney general Stacey B. Edmonson.
Eduardo Gonzalez Aguirre was the victim’s realtor in 2022 when the rape occurred; a jury convicted him of one count of rape on Oct. 25, 2024. Edmonson said last week, judge David H, Veile sentenced Aguirre to the maximum possible sentence — eight years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
Additionally, Aguirre will have to register as a sex offender and be subject to community supervision for the rest of his life.
