LINCOLN COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 38-year-old man has been charged following an ongoing investigation involving child sexual abuse material that was posted online, officials said.
According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), special agents assigned to the Cybercrime & Digital Evidence Unit began an investigation in 2023 after receiving several tips that an individual was posting the material to an online platform.
During the investigation, the TBI said agents identified the individual as 38-year-old Jonathan Kellar of Fayetteville.
In October 2024, agents secured warrants, charging Kellar with seven counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Authorities reported they found Kellar in Coffee County on Monday, Feb. 3. He was then booked into the Lincoln County Jail.
The TBI said the 38-year-old is being held on a $140,000 bond.
