KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an AMBER Alert for a missing child last seen in Knoxville.
The Knoxville Police Department announced at 6:20 p.m. Sunday that officers are searching for a gold-colored 2002 Ford Explorer with a license plate number of 859-BBGN that reportedly contained a child at the time of the theft.
The TBI issued an AMBER Alert for two-year-old Elton Bailey around 7:40 p.m. He is 3 feet tall, weighs 35 pounds, and has blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt with gray pants. He may still be in the vehicle.
