FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities are trying to track down a man who reportedly used his phone to take pictures of a minor at a Target in Franklin Thursday afternoon.
The incident happened at the store along Galleria Boulevard on Thursday, March 13. According to the Franklin Police Department, a 12-year-old girl and her mother noticed the man squatting down, pointing his phone upward toward the child, and tapping the screen to take photos.
Officials said the suspect had a long black and gray beard and was wearing a navy T-shirt, gray pants, and a red bandana at the Target. He reportedly left in a dark gray or blue SUV.
