HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WKRN) — A crash in Hopkinsville Sunday afternoon reportedly left two people injured, including a child.
According to WKDZ Radio, the Hopkinsville Police Department said a car and a truck were both heading west on Eagle Way on Sunday, March 9 when the car tried to turn onto an Interstate 169 exit ramp, but then the driver realized it was the wrong ramp.
The radio station reported the car attempted to return to the westbound lanes of Eagle Way and collided with the truck between Prosperity Lane and North Main Street.
WKDZ Radio said Hopkinsville EMS brought one passenger from each vehicle to Jennie Stuart Health, but one of them — a child — was flown to a Nashville hospital due to the nature of their injuries.
No additional details have been released about this crash.
