NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — One person was critically injured after more than a dozen shots were fired at a duplex in East Nashville, according to Metro Police.
Authorities responded to the 1600 block of Treutlan Place just before midnight Monday.
Officials said over a dozen shots were fired, and at least five hit both sides of the duplex.

A woman inside the residence in an upstairs room was shot once in the chest, officials said. She was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she remains in critical condition.

According to Metro Police, two people were in the room next to the woman, but no one else was injured.
No information on a suspect has been released.
