HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and the Hendersonville Police Department are searching for an 18-year-old wanted for his connection to another teen’s death.
The TBI added Amani Terrell Jordan, 18, to the state’s Most Wanted list on Thursday, Feb. 6.
Authorities suspect Jordan shot and killed a 16-year-old boy from Nashville at a home on Vulco Street in Hendersonville in January.
According to Nashville court documents, Jordan was previously found guilty of vandalism and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
He is now wanted for second-degree homicide for his connection to the January shooting. Officials said Jordan should be considered “armed and dangerous.”
Jordan is described as six-feet-tall, 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. The TBI is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for any information that could lead to the 18-year-old’s arrest.
