NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — As the city and Middle Tennessee prepare for the coming winter storm, Nashville Zoo has announced it will be closed Friday, Jan. 10, and Saturday, Jan. 11.
During this time, Zoolumination will also be closed, the Zoo announced in a release.
Those with tickets to the Zoo and Zoolumination are encouraged to either transfer their tickets to Thursday, Jan. 9, or they can request a refund for their ticket purchase.
To reschedule through the Nashville Zoo website, follow these steps:
- Visit the Contact Page.
- Scroll to the bottom of that page and click “Tickets and Reservations” on the bulleted list.
- Scroll down and click “Yes” to reschedule those tickets.
- Enter your order number.
If you can’t reschedule your visit and need to request a refund, Zoo officials said you should email [email protected].
