NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — One person has died following a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning in Murfreesboro.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said the crash was reported just after 3:20 a.m. Saturday near the 8400 block of Franklin Road.
According to a THP report, a Nissan Rouge driven by a 22-year-old was traveling east on Franklin Road when it traveled off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle spun and struck a utility pole before overturning several times, ejecting the driver. The SUV came to a rest on the left side of the road.
Officials said the driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
No additional information was immediately released.
